Refund Policy
How membership, consultation, and medication charges are handled when you cancel or request a refund.
Effective Date: April 24, 2026
Entity: CaliberRx LLC
Website: caliberrx.co
1. Scope and Definitions
This Refund Policy applies to amounts you pay in connection with the CaliberRx program, including membership fees
payable to CaliberRx LLC, clinical consultation fees payable to the provider group, and medication charges payable to
the dispensing pharmacy. Because CaliberRx operates as a management services organization (MSO), certain amounts
flow to third parties and are subject to those third parties’ policies. This policy describes the consolidated refund
treatment across each category.
2. Membership Fees
CaliberRx membership is a recurring subscription that provides access to administrative coordination, patient support,
educational materials, and technology features. Membership fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and are
generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time, which stops
future billing effective at the end of the then-current cycle.
- Free trial cancellations. If your membership begins with a free trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. Cancellation must be completed through your account portal or by emailing support@caliberrx.co before the trial expiration.
- Cancellation after renewal. If you cancel after a new billing cycle has begun, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. You retain access to membership features for the remainder of that cycle.
- No partial-month refundsCaliberRx does not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a paid billing cycle, except where required by law or in the specific circumstances described in Section 5.
- Cancellation timing. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend that you complete cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled renewal date. Cancellations submitted closer to the renewal time may not be processed before the next charge issues; in those cases the charge will stand and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that newly-started cycle.
3. Clinical Consultation Fees
Fees for clinical consultations are charged by the provider group that performs the consultation. Consultation fees are
generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If a consultation is scheduled but not performed (for
example, because the clinician is unable to attend), you will not be charged, or any amount charged will be refunded to
your payment method. Refunds for consultation fees are subject to the provider group’s policies and the clinician’s
independent judgment.
4. Medication Charges
Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Because prescription medications cannot be returned to inventory
once dispensed (for patient-safety and regulatory reasons), medication charges are non-refundable once the prescription
has been filled and shipped. If a medication has not yet been shipped at the time you request cancellation, we will
coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to attempt to stop fulfillment; if fulfillment can be stopped, the medication
charge will be refunded.
- Damaged or defective medicationIf your medication arrives visibly damaged, temperature-compromised, or defective, contact the dispensing pharmacy (with CaliberRx support copied) within 48 hours of delivery. The pharmacy will arrange a replacement or refund consistent with its dispensing protocols.
- Shipping errors. If the medication dispensed does not match the prescription issued, contact the dispensing pharmacy and CaliberRx support. The pharmacy will make a corrective shipment and, where appropriate, refund associated charges.
- Prescription denial. If your prescription is not issued following consultation (for example, because the clinician determines you are not an appropriate candidate for therapy), no medication charge will apply.
5. Exceptions and Law-Required Refunds
CaliberRx will refund amounts in the following additional circumstances:
- Where required by applicable state or federal law.
- Where the charge is the result of a clear error by CaliberRx, the provider group, or the dispensing pharmacy.
- Where you have been billed for a cycle that began after a properly submitted cancellation was received but not processed.
- Where CaliberRx or the provider group elects, in its sole discretion, to provide a refund or credit as an accommodation. Accommodations are not guarantees and do not establish a future entitlement.
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests by emailing support@caliberrx.co with your full name, the email address associated with your
account, the approximate date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the basis for the request. We will
acknowledge receipt within two business days and respond substantively within ten business days. Approved refunds are
typically issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after approval, subject to your bank’s
processing times.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer without first contacting CaliberRx support, we reserve the right
to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. Initiating a chargeback may also impact your
eligibility to continue receiving Services or to enroll in the Services in the future, and may result in collection of any
outstanding balance owed. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback; most issues
can be resolved more quickly through direct communication than through a card network dispute process.
